Inclusive Small Group Training Classes!

Imagine stepping into my plant and rainbow-filled studio and meeting three or four other awesome people who are all on a journey to reject toxic fitness culture, get strong, and feel better in their bodies. 

We’ll get to know each other with a brief check in while we warm up, then we’ll do a scalable, customizable workout. These fitness classes are small group training sessions, designed with multiple options to fit your body and needs, and classes are small enough that I can give you a bit of personalized attention. This creates an environment where people who are brand new to fitness can work out alongside folks who have been doing it for years, and we all support each other with encouragement and camaraderie. 

We’ll wrap up with a cool-down and check out, so you can give me feedback about your experience and make sure you’re leaving feeling better than you came.

Four different small group exercise classes!

Circuits Class

A circuit training group workout class aimed at increasing your general fitness and conditioning. We use a variety of fitness “toys” - dumbbells, kettlebells, steps, TRX, yoga balls, etc.  Class is limited to 4 people. 

Core & Cardio Class

Just like it sounds! Strengthen your core and then get your heart pumping!

Weightlifting Class

A resistance training class - we use barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells to increase muscle mass and get super strong! Limited to 3 people. 

Rolling for Release

A self-massage and stretching class to feel limber and relaxed. Use massage balls and foam rollers to lengthen and release muscles and connective tissues. Leave feeling refreshed! Limited to 5 people.

How to get started with group fitness classes:

2. Buy a punchcard or a monthly class subscription

Aim to work out 2-3 times per week for best results. 8 classes for $280, or get an 8 class monthly subscription for $240.

3. Sign up for workout classes on a weekly or monthly basis

Don’t snooze on it - some classes are already filling up! But as the program keeps growing, I keep adding more class times!
